Returns are not accepted for The Cuemaker once the original shrink wrap is removed.
The reason is because a private HD video link is sent to the purchaser's e-mail for infinite [private] viewing. For some reason, if the DVD does not work, try playing it on a different DVD player or computer (with a running DVD video drive) or try the online version!
